Unique to SENDSARS Ltd, the Early Intervention Process is a strategy developed by our Team, and only used by SENDSARS Ltd. The process captures cases proceeding to a First Tier Tribunal appeal. By implementing the Early Intervention Process on 210 recent cases which were subject to a First Tier Tribunal appeal, we were able to assist
in avoiding hearings in over

The SEND 0-25 statutory process is a complex and evolving framework. Training

SENDSARS Ltd, provide training
in all areas of SEND 0-25.
Our training courses are half and one day courses, delivered to Local Authorities, schools, academy trusts and colleges.
